Service Description

15-minute vow exchange ceremony and Declaration of Intent (I do’s) at the location of your choice. We will provide 2 witnesses age 18 or older who will be physically present and able to sign the license. You are not required to provide the 2 required witnesses with this package. Please contact us to discuss location options. This package is not for a traditional wedding ceremony. An elopement is an informal vow-exchange that does not include traditional ceremonial functions. Elopements should include 15 or less guests, as we will only allow time for personalized wedding vows to be exchanged, followed by the traditional Declaration of Intent (I do’s). We encourage participants and guests to dress as desired and select the location of their choice within the NC Triangle area. Requests for officiants to adhere to desired wardrobe may be granted based on the officiant’s preference, as some requests may require the officiant to purchase new wardrobe. There is a 10-minute buffer prior to the start of the elopement, as well as after the conclusion of the elopement. This is to provide the entire party time to take their ceremonial places and in case of any last-minute changes due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
